Your privacy on the waitlist.

HouseTour AI is operated by Charter Residential, based in Toronto, Ontario. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” mean HouseTour AI and Charter Residential.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• your email address;
• whether you chose renter or landlord / operator;
• the signup source (which form on the site you used and, if you arrived through one of our links, which post or link it was) and the time you signed up.

We use this information to keep your place on the waitlist and to send you email updates about HouseTour AI, such as early access in Toronto & GTA. Your renter or landlord / operator choice helps us send you the updates that are relevant to you.

We only email you because you asked to join. By submitting the form you give us your consent to receive these emails, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Our waitlist is stored and our emails are sent using Kit (formerly ConvertKit), an email service provider. Kit handles this information on our behalf to run the waitlist and send our emails.

We keep your information while you are on the waitlist. You can leave at any time: every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us at ammo@aihousetour.com and we will remove you.

We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just email ammo@aihousetour.com from the address you signed up with.
